Daniel

Boy that kid can hang on to a cold! Last friday, Miss Char (the daycare lady) called me to come get Daniel because he had a fever of 102! poor little guy....so the next day I take it....105!! Dang! We zipped into ER where they diagnosed him with an infection in both ears.
He stayed home from Church on Sunday to rest, Alexis went with Gram to Church, then Gram came home at 11 to let me go to musical practice and bring Alexis home.
Monday morning rolls around, Mom wakes me up at the butt crack of dawn because her battery is dead...can she take my car? Yes yes take it!
So we stayed home all day Monday and I missed class. Meanwhile, Daniel is on an antibiotic and his nose is running like someone left the faucet on. EW Several shirts a day for him AND me. So now it's Thursday, his nose is STILL running and he can't breathe through his nose to eat yet....i hope he's all better soon. I bought one of those eucalyptes waterless vaporizers for kids that help you get decongested...he doesn't need all those meds in him.
Luckily Alexis and I have remained well mostly i think because I wouldn't let her touch him hehe awww...i know she misses kissing him. but plenty of time for that later.

Ahh what a great weekend! Got a great break from my parental duties and had a lot of fun with some awesome people. And I even got to Church on time. Took Alexis, Daniel and my mom to see Polar Express in 3D in IMAX today also, what a great movie!! Mom's birthday is this week, what should I get her?

Paarrrtaaayyyy!

I LOVE fall. Indian summer i guess...is that PC? I'm so excited to get out with my friends next weekend. first time since daniel has been born. I think what I'm most looking forward to is the morning after when I can just sleep and not worry about what Alexis is doing, when Daniel is going to wake up and how long can I let him play in his crib before I actually have to get up. Don't get me wrong, going out with friends is a huge deal too :) ahhh adult time. !!
