Labor day

Happy Labor Day! this weekend has been pretty low-key, no big plans, except we're going to Miguel and Saras for a bbq in a bit. After naptime of course! I think I'm finaly healing, got some of my old zip back saturday. Sunday did some mad grilling. Grilled a skirt steak with a grainy mustard and lemon juice marinade, lemon pepper white fish, onions, spiral and curly potatoes, apples with brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon...mmmm.....

I am gallbladderless

Surgery is done, it was a success! The only glitch was they had to make the incisions a little bigger than they thought they were going to have to, so instead of just steristrips, I got STAPLES yikes! I'm so sore! I did get some interesting pictures of the surgery though. AnywayI think I'm going to try and take a shower. :)

Haircut

We went and got Daniel's hair cut today, now Alexis is telling me she wants her hair cut short haha He did such a good job, only a few tears! And he looks so handsome now :)
Tomorrow at noon is my surgery, I'll be glad to get it over with. Now if I can just keep the kids from jumping on me for a few days.....

Goodbye ghetto house!!

So I go back to get the rest of my stuff from Ghetto house, and of course, it's been defiled again. That was the last day I held the lease on it, I'm glad!! This time, whoever was in there was throwing my pretty dishes out the second story window. Luckily they didn't throw too many. They also stole my mailbox again.
August 11 I get my gall bladder out. whoopee! I'm hoping they'll take pity on me and let me stay the night since I have two little ones who love to jump on Mom. Plus, I don't have a recliner to sleep in. We'll see. :)

Ghetto house defiled AGAIN!

So I go to check my mail at the ghetto house today...it's been broken in to AGAIN!! So I call the police-again. This time they stole a plunger, toilet paper and my MAIL BOX. Zoinks. That place sucks. Plus my upstairs window was still open so now there are a bunch of pinecones, sticks, rocks and even a basketball up there. Suckers, i'm keeping the ball.

Ghetto house defiled

Someone broke into my dang ghetto house! can you believe it? I had been stopping by once a weeek or so to check the mail and i noticed my upstairs window was open. so I go up to the front door and the screen is missing! The door was still locked, but when I opened it I saw that the back door was open. Now I had locked that door and the back screen door too. So I went outside and called the police. They came and made sure no one was in the upstairs or downstairs. All they stole was my MOP. Thats right....my MOP. Since they had left my upstairs window open people had been throwing rocks and trash into my bedroom. In the kitchen they had spilled tobacco all over the floor, ashed on my counter and used my stove as an ash tray. They didn't take my broom that was sitting right there, they could have swept up. Yah so I'm glad I didn't move in there. Plus there are still bugs, I got a letter the bug guys were coming to spray today. dang. The whole complex looks like there was a riot there this weekend, trash everywhere.

In the ghetto.....

Decided not to move...way too ghetto for me. the townhouse was great....area, not so much. I'm back with the temp agency so every day...i might work, i might not. I hope i get steady work SOON this is driving me nuts. I got new pics of the kids taken, they're so darn cute!
